Steps to Incorporating:
If you are ready to incorporate, simply click on and fill out the Incorporate Now! form. Be sure to select a method of payment. The cost of preparing your corporate papers, handling delivery to the Secretary of State, and serving as your Registered Agent is a mere $400.00. Compared to the costs of possible loss of assets not protected, litigation, attorney's fees and a vast array of other possible risks, this is an incredible offering. Of course the Secretary of State charges $105* for the filing fee and a certified copy of the Articles of Incorporation. That fee can be paid by credit card or check made payable to the Secretary of State.

After the incorporation is complete you must designate the corporate officers or directors. Corporate officers need not be the same as the incorporating person. Again, in Nevada, one person may fill all positions. Within the first two months of incorporation and on the anniversary of your incorporation, you will sign a list of current officers and pay a fee of $125* to the State of Nevada. We will send you the form for this.

Residency
One requirement for incorporating in Nevada is that you have a Registered Agent. When you incorporate through Nevada Corporations by American Legal Services, you receive the first year of registered agent FREE. Subsequent annual fees for serving as your registered agent are $85*.

*We collect all fees from you and handle all contact with the SOS office. Although these fees have been low for years, these fees are subject to change. The Secretary of State also collects the state business license fee which is $200 annually.
